Feeders
Ultimizers has built a wide variety of feeders over the years, including inline roll cases, overhead delivery systems, pinch roll feeders and Y-Transfers.
Ultimizers can feed multiple lines from single sources, Unstackers or Scanners. In some cases up to four saw lines can be fed from a single source.
Bottom pinch rolls are driven and lift the boards up off the chain decks while the upper idler rolls press down to pinch feed the board.
Ultimizers specializes in high board count Y-Transfer systems using Servo sweep technology and powerful pinch roll feeders.
